Assisting individuals find competitive employment; these services range from working on informational interviews, work experience, interviewing skills, creation of a resume, applying for employment and assistance in the interview if requested. Once employed, initial upfront job coaching supports are provided and then ultimately the individual may request to receive long-term community employment support to help maintain that position long-term.
