JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES - ABC Work Crews
The goal of an
Ability Building Center work crew is to successfully integrate
individuals with disabilities into the community, while providing
a beneficial service to businesses like yours.
Benefits to Employers: ABC work
crews consist of two or more participants and a job coach
to perform quality work as assigned by you, the employer.
The crew size can vary on the business needs and workload.
Why should you hire an ABC work crew?
- Contracts are competitively bid hourly, daily, weekly, or
piece rate.
- You are provided with a reliable
and hard-working crew.
- Professional on-site supervision
(job coaching) assures the participants are trained properly,
and that the work standards are met and completed daily.
- Payroll,
workman’s comp, and liability insurance
are covered by ABC.
- Convenience: ABC work crews will continuously be at the
worksite regardless of illness or vacation leave.
