Position

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the Extended Employment Program at ABC. In addition, the Program Manager may be responsible for providing direct services and maintaining a caseload. Responsible for hiring, training and supervising professional staff working in these program areas and for assuring that the programs meet agency, accreditation, County, State, and Federal standards.

Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or related field, plus four
years of professional leadership experience as program director or program manager or,

Bachelor's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or related field with six years leadership experience in Vocational Rehabilitation programs or leadership experience of other “professional” positions desirable.

$35,000 to $45,000 depending upon experience and qualifications.
