ABC WORKS is a licensed Day Training and Habilitation (DT&H) program designed for people with significant barriers to employment, yet with a desire to work. The program offers a variety of work, skills development, and volunteer activities, both in community job settings and in structured environments at our facilities in La Crescent and Caledonia. Through partnerships with local businesses, and under the supervision of our dedicated staff, clients work in paid positions and achieve a level of independence that anyone can appreciate.

Here are some of ABC Works' community-based business partners, and what ABC Works employees do at their business:
  • Subway Restaurants – dishwashing, prep, and customer service
  • Animal Rescue of La Crescent - animal care
  • Small Change Laundry Service – laundry and delivery services
  • Pepsi-Cola Bottling of LaCrosse – repackaging and disposal
  • Bestway Manufacturing - assembly
